S.T.A.B.L.E
S.T.A.B.L.E. is the most widely accepted neonatal education program that focuses exclusively on the post-resuscitation/pre-transport stabilization care of sick infants. The acronym S.T.A.B.L.E. stands for:
S=Sugar and Safe Care
T=Temperature
A=Airway
B=Blood Pressure
L=Lab Work
E=Emotional Support
Neonatal assessment and stabilization guidelines are emphasized and prevention of adverse outcomes is stressed in this program. It is a natural follow up to the NRP course and has been taught worldwide since 1996 with over 230,000 students trained.
The course is designed for any healthcare provider involved with post-resuscitation care of an infant, such as E.R. physicians, pediatricians, nurses in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum, and ED, paramedics, EMTs,respiratory therapists, and nursing assistants.
The learner manual is an important reference not only for the course but also as a reference in the daily care of infants in the hospital. A link to enable you to order this manual directly from the S.T.A.B.L.E. program, for $41.95, will be included in your registration confirmation e-mail.
Students who complete the S.T.A.B.L.E. learner course receive a course completion card.

"This [ECG & Pharmacology] course REALLY needs to be suggested during nursing school. Simply not covered adequately during school. Very easy to learn & understand rhythms. Thank you!"
